Wildlife sanctuaries are areas which are set for the proliferation for animals and plants living therein by ensuring that the habitat is not damaged. When we talk of animals here we do not mean the higher mammals alone, but all living species other than plants from the tiniest ants and beetle to the largest herbivore, the elephant.
